    Two wines are crafted by Eben Sadie, using time-honoured traditional winemaking methods and avoiding the intervention of technology and mechanization as far as possible.

    The utmost care is taken in the vineyards, as this is the DNA integrity which should make it through to the bottle.

    In the winery we focus to express a sense of place through the wines.
