  3. Chenin Blanc With its earthiness, With its abundance of fruit and the brightness of sunshine, this Chenin Blanc is a remarkable reflection of the African continent.   4. Cabernet Sauvignon Clasically styled, this wine has rich blueberry and plum flavours, with a dash of cassis and the support of toffee undertones. While the benefit of ageing is already present, a few more years in the bottle will be well rewarded. A prime example of this ever-popular variety, it's the perfect companion with heart meat dishes as well as a variety of nuts and flavourful cheeses. Also delightful on its own.
  5. Pinotage/ Shiraz Soft and medium-bodied, this wine reflects the distinctive characteristics of both varietals in the blend. Plum and mullberry flavours are supported by vanilla undertones while the character us spicy and peppery, with a firm tannin structure. An ideal companion with oxtail, roast porkor hearty stews, as well as liver, quiche or cold meats. Also on its own a sheer delight.
  6. Cabernet Sauvignon/ Merlot In this clasically styled wine, the flavours of blueberry, plum and cassis are prominent, enhanced by coffee and toffee undertones. The wine is full-bodied, with a firm tannin structure. An attractive garnet-red hue adds to the attraction. A prime example of this ever-popular blend, it's the perfect companion with hearty meat dishes as well as a variety of nuts and flavourful cheeses. Also delightful on its own.

    A typical South African Shiraz, showing flavours of concentrated violet and black pepper with a spiciness to it. It's velvety elegance will be enhanced by a few more years in the bottle. Serve this wine with grilled meat or vegetables and dishes such as oxtail, venison, and goulash.
