  1. Shiraz Cellarmaster s Impressions:
This wine has an attractive violet red colour. The nose shows familiar Shiraz spice such as pepper, aniseed, cinnamon and clove. This is backed up by blackcurrant fruit and sweet candy floss and liquorice aromas. The body is muscular, but the tannins are well rounded and integrated. The finish is clean and layered with a peppery after-taste.

    Connoisseur s Choice:
Excellent with game, spicy pates, guinea fowl and roast beef or mutton.
  2. Cabernet Sauvignon Cellarmaster s impressions:
The intense nose shows cinnamon spice, violets, truffle and dark chocolate. It further reminds of ripe cherries and savoury caper berries. The palate is more impressive that what the colour promises. Flavours present on the nose are also experienced in the masculine entry, but melt away into a velvety, gentle finish on the back palate.

    Connoisseur s choice:
This wine is a classical example of a South African Cabernet Sauvignon. It will complement any fine food, especially roasts, venison and red meats, as well as strong, noble cheese
  3. Millennium Cellarmaster s Impressions:
On the nose there are pleasant cherry, roasted nut and dark chocolate flavours. There is also a presence of cooked beetroot with clove and cinnamon spices in the background. The Cabernet Sauvignon dominance is distinctive in firm tannins on the palate, mixed with pomegranate flavours. The tannins have the promise of good maturation and will soften with time.

    Connoisseurs Choice:
Ideal with any sumptuous meal. Best served with red meats, game, roast and noble, matured cheese
