About us
The company was established in 1998 by Ann and Clive Bradford. Ann had been in an export environment for many years, and was well versed in cultural differences and international marketing opportunities. Clive, for his part, previously managed both sections of nuts and rice trade for a few years which gave him proficiency in international trading.
Both of them have a strong international background in the export industry and a sound knowledge of parts of the agricultural sector. Since 2008, the company has been located in a very old Church, situated at the foot of the table mountain in a suburb of Cape Town, which was built in 1857 and has been completely restored.
Strategic partnerships have been established over the past 14 years with South Africa’s largest wine producers and brand owners, ensuring extremely competitive sourcing. The company has been appointed agent- distributor of many of South African’s leading producers of fine wines on the African continent. In addition, wines are imported from the New World wine regions such as South America and Australia as well as traditional favorites, from the Old World countries of Europe.
Afrique Interlink’s primary business is that of wine & spirit importers, exporters, and purveyors of fine boutique estate wines. Exports markets supplied, are many countries on the African continent and Indian Ocean Islands. Within these territories, we have appointed exclusive and non-exclusive importer & distributors to cater for each specific market’s needs insofar as branding and pricing are required. The company has established long term relationships with its various distributors over an average of 9 years.
Through such relationships, various other enquiries have been received and the successful supplies of unrelated products and services have been achieved.
